The K.Johnson Memorial Cup was played for on Saturday 2nd August in dry and warm conditions, with 36 pairs contesting the trophy.
The format was a pairs greensomes medal allowing the pairs a choice of drives before playing alternate shots until holing out.
It was early starters Mark Hawkins and Adrian Chatterton who set the pace, posting a score of nett 62 to hold the early lead. Sharon Easton-Pollock and Michelle Parry subsequently assumed pole position with an impressive score of 61, despite a double bogey on the 18th. However, the pairing of Mens Captain Lee Machin and Francis Mullally were the ultimate winners with a nett 60 which included 1 birdie and 12 pars.
Gross winners were Phil Dyke and Seth Leher with a fantastic 67.
