The Collier Cup took place on Tuesday 5th August 2025.
It was a Senior Mixed Pairs Greensome Medal Competition, contested by 16 teams of two.
The weather conditions proved conducive for play and the course being in great condition resulted in some good scores being returned by a number of teams. Our thanks go to the ground staff for their efforts in maintaining the course to such a high standard.
The eventual winners were the pairing of Helena Kilgariff and Gerald Woodcock (see cover photograph) with a Nett score of 60. This being the third time this pairing had won the cup.
In second place with a Nett score of 65 were Pamela Hopwood and Stephen Allerston. Third place went to Deborah Degge and Steve Clorley scoring a Nett 66, overtaking two other teams also with a Nett score of 66 on countback.
